Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Lokio may issue refunds for Lokio Balance top-ups and other paid services. By using our platform, you agree to this policy.

General Policy

All Lokio Balance top-ups are generally non-refundable once credited to your account. All purchases are considered final unless they fall under the eligible refund cases described below.

Eligible Refund Cases

A refund review may be requested only in the following cases: (a) a verified technical error resulted in a failed or duplicated charge where your account was debited but Lokio Balance was not credited; (b) your Lokio Balance was not credited within 1×24 hours after a successful payment confirmation.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund review, contact us at [email protected] or via Telegram within 7 days of the transaction date. Please include your transaction ID, the amount charged, payment method used, and a description of the issue. Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved after review, the refund will be issued in the form of Lokio Balance credit — not cash, bank transfer, or any other form of monetary reimbursement. Processing may take up to 3–5 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds: Lokio Balance that has already been used to purchase services on the platform; top-ups made in violation of our Terms of Service; requests submitted more than 7 days after the transaction date; and amounts disputed through unauthorized chargebacks.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may be considered a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account suspension. If you have a dispute, please reach out to our team directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
